The Driftwood has been hosting live music since the 60s and is probably one of the oldest surviving venues in the county.

We try to put on an eclectic mix of bands- from folk to punk, with rock, ska, reggae and funk also appearing. In the past we can boast hosting Roger Taylor from Queen (40 years ago), Reef, Angus & Julia Stone, Them is Me, Feeder, The 3 Daft Monkeys and many more.

We are keen to hear from any bands or musicians who are intereseted in gigs here. Also welcome are any musicians who want to just pop in in the evening and play a few tunes.
