Here at the Driftwood Spars we pride ourselves on serving the best of local produce. We aim to reduce our food miles & our impact on the environment by sourcing sustainably while also supporting the local economy. We even have a couple of farms owned by the landlady’s family whom we source from direct on occasions, the licensed fishermen in the cove will pop in with a catch and even the staff will forage wild ingredients such as elderflowers.
Our fish is the freshest you will eat and meat is hung for longer. We do not source from the person just with the best price the quality must be just right to ensure you have a memorable meal.
All our food is cooked fresh to order so please be patient at our busy times.
