All wedding and functions held with us are subject to the following and any changes to these will not be accepted unless agreed with us in writing.

The Driftwood Spars reserves the right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave the premises if their behaviour is not acceptable to the enjoyment of other customers or staff.

• Dates cannot be confirmed without a full non refundable deposit of £250.00
• Should the date of your function/wedding need to change it will be at our discretion and unfortunately is not always possible.
• Full and final numbers of guests must be made one week prior to the event, if numbers drop on the day we will charge you for all items ordered.
• We will require final menu and beverage choices two weeks prior to the event.
• In the unlikely event that a guest causes deliberate damage to property of the venue, the person holding the function will be held liable for any costs incurred in either replacement or repair of the articles.
